Course Description:
This course shall provide a forum for advanced doctoral students to present their research and discuss it with other students and with the instructor. The topics to be discussed and the structure of the course shall be designed based on the research programs of the doctoral students. Weekly schedule and the format of presentations will be jointly decided at the beginning of the course.
Learning Outcomes:
At the end of the course students will be able to present advanced research to an audience of educated non-specialists.
Assessment:
Attendance and participation in the discussion of other students’ work will determine the grade (pass/fail).
Prerequisites:
This course is only for second and third year philosophy PhD students
